Track Your ASHCROFT&CO Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
You can use the tracking details provided to follow the progress of your shipment from dispatch through to delivery.
1. When Will I Receive My Tracking Information?
Orders are generally processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided when placing your order.
Please allow approximately 2 to 5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to become fully active within the courier's system.
During this period, your tracking number may already exist while showing limited information or no movement. This does not necessarily mean that there is a problem with your shipment.
2. How Do I Track My Order?
Once your tracking information becomes available, you can follow your shipment using the tracking link or tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
Depending on the fulfilment partner and destination, your parcel may be handled by more than one logistics provider during its journey.
As a result, tracking information may occasionally be transferred between international and local delivery networks.
3. My Tracking Hasn't Updated
Tracking systems do not always update continuously.
It is normal for a parcel to remain without a new tracking event for several days while it is:
- Moving between logistics facilities
- In international transit
- Awaiting customs or border processing
- Being transferred to a local delivery carrier
- Awaiting the next carrier scan
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your estimated delivery timeframe has passed, please contact our Customer Support team.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, orders to the United States are typically delivered within approximately:
7–20 business days
In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 40 business days due to customs procedures, courier disruptions, public holidays, remote delivery locations or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

5. Tracking Shows Delivered, but I Haven't Received My Order
If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first checking:
- Around the delivery location
- With other members of your household
- With neighbours where appropriate
- Any designated safe place
- Any delivery notice or message provided by the carrier

6. My Order Has Not Arrived
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Your tracking number, if available
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the available tracking information and, where appropriate, investigate the shipment with the relevant logistics provider.
If a shipment is confirmed as lost, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy and applicable consumer rights.
7. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.
If fulfilment has not yet progressed too far, we will make reasonable efforts to update the delivery information.
However, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched.
